Meet Margery Engel Loeb
Margery Engel Loeb, president of Loeb & Associates, LLC, holds an advanced degree that includes specialized training in human behavior and family dynamics. She has 30 years experience working with families and businesses. As a third-generation member of a business started by her grandfather, Loeb served on the board of her family firm until it was sold in 1996. She founded her own business in 1978.
Drawing upon her family business background, her extensive experience with family dynamics, and her many years providing training and workshops, she brings a unique perspective to the complex issues that confront family businesses. Loeb helps resolve communications issues and enhance group and individual interactions among family and business participants.
Margery Engel Loeb is a respected researcher on family business issues. She and her research partners have completed a study on retirement issues from the perspective of CEOs of family-owned businesses. She appears regularly in the “Ask the Expert” column for Family Business Magazine.
